Chamomile, Oat straw, Lemon balm, Valerian, Catnip, St. John’s Wort, Motherwort, Hops, Bee balm.
Gourmet hints: Unsweetened this tea can be quite bitter. Sweeten with honey or maple syrup, delicious with an orange or lime slice.
Taste: hoppy bitters, combined with fruity aftertaste.
Properties: Manganese, Vitamins A and B complex.
Contraindications: Do not use if you are allergic to plants of the Asteraceae/Compositaea/Daisy family.
