Return Policy

In-Store Returns

Thanks for purchasing our products at Green Medicine operated by Mitch Dokis & Kerry Lynn Peltier.
In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 7 calendar days of
your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in
any way.

After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The
money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For
credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit
card statement.

If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 7 calendar days
have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.

Online Returns

We accept returns of unopened products up to 20 days after the date of purchase. Opened or used products, or any items marked as non-refundable/Final sale are not within our return guidelines. We are currently unable to accept returns from locations outside of Canada or if the product(s) are imported from outside of Canada by Green Medicine.

Please contact us to request a return. Please provide us with the order number and any relevant information as well as the reason for your request so that we may verify your order and determine eligibility.  Where a return is possible, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.


We cannot accept returns of the following products:

  • All PPE Face Masks (re-usable and disposable)
  • All Food & Snacks (incl. pantry items, beverages, candy)
  • Baby Food
  • Medications & Remedies
  • Nutritional Drinks
  • Contraceptive products
  • Salt Lamps
  • Clearance Items
  • All Books and Any Magazines
  • Items which have been removed from their original packaging, assembled or modified
  • Any items marked as 'non-returnable' on the product page
  • Ojibway Natural products
