Domestic Shipping Policy
Green Medicine ships with Canada Post.
All order are processed within 1-3 business days.
Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. The customer will be contacted if we are experiencing a high volume of orders or any other delays.
Standard delivery depending on where you live, you should receive your order within 2 - 7 business days after processing is done at our warehouse.
Canada post takes approximately the following times within Canada for shipping
East coast destinations take 1 - 4 business days.
Midwest destinations take 2 - 5 business days.
West coast destinations take 4 - 7 business days.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking
A tracking number will be assigned to your order when shipped by Canada Post.
Customs, duties, and taxes
Green Medicine is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, duties, taxes, etc.).
Damages
Green Medicine is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy

Return Policy
We accept returns of unopened products up to 30 days after the date of purchase. Opened or used products, or any items marked as non-refundable/Final sale are not within our return guidelines. We are currently unable to accept returns from outside of Canada.
The customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
